We strive to be EPA compliant by using a water reclamation system. Our Sirocco Vacuum System has 5 filters that clean down to 5 microns. Did you know that there are two sewer systems in fairbanks? The storm Sewer collects all the runoff from the streets and gutters and goes directly into our water bodies without being filtered. The Sanitary Sewer collects all of the waste materials from homes and businesses and it winds up at the wastewater treatment facility. Our 35 horse power pressure washing system, from PowerLine Industries, has 4000 PSI and 8 gallons per minute of water. This incredible machine has the capabilities to use water ranging in temperature from cold to steam!
We use a product, Thermo Reactive Sealer, or TRS that will help extend the life or your concrete, tile or masonry work. TRS instantly creates a chemical reaction that hardens the surface. TRS has been proven to extend the life of the porous substrate by not allowing water and contaminate to absorb thereby, protecting the integrity of the surface.
