Pressure washing, mobile sandblasting and graffiti removal across Fairbanks and the Fairbanks North Star Borough, plus parking lot sweeping. Every job starts the same way: Joel Sperry comes out and looks at the surface before quoting a number.

Pressure washing for homes, businesses and equipment
The whole trick is matching the pressure to the surface. Too little and you are just making it wet. Too much and you have stripped paint off siding or forced water behind a seam.

Mobile means the rig comes to the equipment rather than the other way round, which matters when the thing needing work is a trailer, a tank or a structure that is not going anywhere.

Speed is the whole thing. Fresh paint has not fully bonded and usually lifts clean. Left through a Fairbanks winter it sets, and taking it off gets harder on the wall underneath.

Parking lot sweeping
Parking lots, swept after breakup
Joel Sperry added a sweeper truck in 2025. A Fairbanks lot spends the winter collecting traction sand, and breakup leaves all of it on the pavement.
